I purchased membership but I can’t login?
If you are unable to login to your account after purchasing your membership, you need to verify your email address.
To verify your email address and activate your account, click on the verification link sent to you at your registered email address. If you still run into any problems please contact us.
Do you offer subscription plans?
No, all of our membership plans are for one time purchase only, but you can extend your membership any number of times.
e.g. purchasing two of the 30 days plan will make it to 60 days of membership. You can extend your plan from your account panel.
How can I extend my membership?
You can extend your membership any number of times you want by logging to your account. Purchasing multiple plans will extend your membership.
e.g. If you have an active membership for 30 days and you have renewed your membership for another 30 days, then the new membership days will be added to your current plan expiry date, and your membership will be extended for 60 days. You can also renew your membership even if your plan has expired.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and tools, we cannot issue refunds. All sales are final, no exceptions!
